Job Description
Achievement First is seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Public Affairs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for envisioning, leading, and executing high-impact campaigns that drive student enrollment, teacher recruitment, and brand awareness across Achievement First communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on digital strategy, recruitment marketing, and brand execution
- Proven success designing and managing performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and CRM/email channels
