Achievers Early College Prep Charter School (AECP) is New Jersey’s first public charter school for grades 6-12, offering students a unique STEM-focused curriculum that allows them to earn high school diplomas, up to 60 transferable college credits, and associate's degrees. AECP aims to prepare underserved minority students by providing no or low-cost education opportunities, including workplace learning and internships, ensuring they are well-prepared for college and future careers.

Teacher should have a strong commitment to the school's mission and educational philosophy, as well as a passion for teaching math to middle school students
High School NJ CERTIFIED Special Education Teacher 2025-2026
2+ years of teaching experience in an upper elementary, middle, or high school with an underserved population and valid NJ Teacher Certification
(Pre-Nursing) Health Science Teacher (2025-2026)
Bachelor’s degree required, teaching experience in upper elem/middle/high school with underserved population, and NJ Teacher Certification completion/in progress
Certified High School Math Teacher (25-26)
Experience teaching math to underserved populations and a commitment to continuous improvement through collaboration
CERTIFIED High School History Teacher (2025-2026)
Bachelor's degree & Master’s preferred. Teaching experience in upper elementary/middle/high schools. Valid NJ certification required
High School ESL_ELL Teacher (2025-2026)
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; 1-2 years of teaching experience with underserved population
8th Grade_Middle School_ Math Teacher (2024-2025)
Bachelor's degree, valid state certification, and 2+ years of teaching experience in an underserved population
High School_Chemistry Teacher (2024-2025)
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; teaching experience in an upper elementary, middle, or high school with an underserved population; valid NJ Teacher Certification
CTE and Cisco Academy Director 2025-2026
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with at least 5 years of experience in the K-12 education sector or post-secondary education space, and a Master's degree or other advanced professional degree
High School ELA Teacher (2025-2026)
3+ years of experience in upper elementary, middle, or high school teaching, NJ Teacher Certification completed or in progress, Bachelor's degree
