Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role focuses on advancing our pipeline through targeted account engagement, strategic account mapping, multi-threading deals, and driving improvements in our win rate.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar lead generation role
- Proven ability to source meetings and build initial rapport with prospects
- Strong understanding of the sales pipeline process and account mapping techniques
- Experience with multi-threading deals and engaging multiple decision-makers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize effectively
