Job Description
Achievers is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to bridge product, engineering, and customer success. The role involves defining and tracking metrics, crafting analytics flows, leveraging data to drive client and platform usage, and leading event tracking. They value a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on employee recognition and impact.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in product analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Amplitude.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, retention analysis, and experimentation.
- Strong storytelling skills.
