Paralegal

The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey (ACLU-NJ) seeks a full-time Paralegal to provide litigation and administrative support to the legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, as well as experience in state or federal courts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in state or federal courts (preferably NJ State Courts and 3d. Cir. Courts)
• Excellent writing, editing, and cite-checking skills
• Proven project and time management skills, including a high level of organization, the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines, and excellent attention to detail
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Teams
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
