The American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to defending individual rights and freedoms in Pennsylvania through litigation, advocacy, and community education. Our core focus areas include freedom of speech, religion, privacy, reproductive rights, due process, and equal treatment under the law. We work to preserve and enhance liberties grounded in both federal and state constitutions.
