Capital Punishment Legal Fellow

The ACLU of Pennsylvania Seeks Capital Punishment Legal Fellow to assist with litigation regarding the constitutionality and racial equity of Pennsylvania’s death penalty, working closely with the national ACLU’s Capital Punishment Project.

Requirements

• J.D. or expected to receive a J.D. by the Spring of 2026
• Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar
• Demonstrated commitment to criminal justice, racial equity, and civil liberties
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
