Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining the physical condition, safety, and appearance of the community. This position supports the Service Manager by completing day-to-day apartment maintenance and service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and completing unit turns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience (multi-family preferred)
- HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience preferred
