Job Description
Acrisure is a global Fintech leader looking for an Account Manager to service commercial accounts, with a base compensation range of $80,000 - $90,000.
Requirements
- Interact with clients to address all servicing needs
- Process policies, endorsements, and audits
- Enter policy data into our client management system
- Order loss runs for re-marketing accounts
- Perform superior customer service at all times
- Properly utilize the agency management system (Epic) to keep track of all pending items
- Communicate with carriers for all underwriting matters, audits, endorsements, carrier recommendations, etc.
- Attend agency and dept meetings as well as training/education classes and sessions (both within the agency and outside the agency as directed)
