Requirements
- Develop and maintain a profitable "Book of Business"
- Provide timely, professional, accurate communication to clients, team, and carrier representatives
- Work with clients to make limit and coverage changes
- Prequalify insurance prospects for insurability and qualify of risk
- Complete applications and related documentation for submission to companies
- Market account renewals and negotiate with company underwriters
- Collect applicable down payments from clients for purchases of new and upgraded coverages
- Keep and maintain confidentiality of client records and communication
- Seek referrals from clients and follow through to help generate new business
- Coach and mentor junior members of the personal lines team
