Job Description
Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to maintain a high level of client retention by managing day-to-day service needs and working towards strong client relationships. The role involves market and service accounts in accordance with platform objectives and procedures, contributing to profitable growth by achieving retention and renewal goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to adapt to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate advanced level proficiency with a variety of technology including MS Office
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epic a plus
