Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to provide day-to-day customer service to our transportation clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
Requirements
- Work directly with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards
- Assist with client calls on billing questions, make policy changes, add and delete vehicles and drivers
- Assist in gathering information required for underwriting/marketing an account and creating renewal submissions
- Orders policy changes
- Update data in agency management system
