Transportation Adjuster

We're seeking a Transportation Adjuster to handle litigated and non-litigated claims, manage a diverse caseload, and ensure timely and effective settlements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Heavy Commercial Auto/Bodily Injury claims handling, strong organization skills, and a strong understanding of commercial auto/trucking insurance principles.

Requirements

• Handles litigated and non-litigated claims, including Auto Physical Damage (APD) and Cargo claims, from start to finish.
• Manages a diverse caseload from across the U.S, ensuring timely and effective settlements while maintaining high professional standards.
• Caseload: 100-120 claims, with 30% involving litigated files
• Handle claims related to commercial auto incidents, including physical damage and liability claims.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims efficiently.
• Manage both litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation for each claim.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful claim outcomes.
