Job Description
The Corporate Compliance Specialist supports the effective implementation and enhancement of ACT Group's global compliance framework.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related functions within commodities, energy trading or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Law preferred; degrees in Business or Finance are also welcome
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC and sanctions compliance processes
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements
- Working knowledge of carbon and renewable energy markets (e.g. EU ETS, RECs, VCM)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to draft and interpret policies, procedures, and reports, with strong judgment in governance and operational compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
