Inventory Control Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee inventory control operations teams, follow standard procedures to maximize inventory management efficiency, and maintain an acceptable level of physical inventory.

Requirements

• Direct and supervise tasks related to inventory control operations
• Coordinate and direct activities related to inventory records and shipments
• Provide leadership for building and maintaining a strong inventory management workforce
• Manage and coordinate employee activities for inventory control and record accuracy
• Maintain inventory according to sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, production schedules, and corporate inventory management objectives
• Supervise inventory control employees, achieve objectives, and implement inventory improvements
• Coordinate physical inventories, investigate variances, and adjust inventory records
• Monitor performance, discipline, and safety guidelines
• Manage project scope, monitor compliance, and complete assigned work efficiently
• Demonstrate professionalism, trust, and respect to all company employees
• Manage time and attendance procedures for employees
