Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Senior Program Management Analyst

ACT1 provides program management support services to Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) programs at the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWCAD) Lakehurst. This position supports the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) program development and production activities. The role involves assisting in acquisition support, draft acquisition documents, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and preparing program reports. Actively working in areas such as program management, data management, and engineering.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Substitution of Education: An additional five years of relevant Program Management analytical experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience working on Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs, Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), or programs of comparable size and complexity, and establishing depot level repair capabilities.
• Senior level Program Management skills relating to task, schedule and people.
