Job Description
Action Day Schools seeks a Head Infant and Toddler Teacher to lead a high-quality program and care for young children. The role involves overseeing the program, training staff, and collaborating with the Leadership Team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with children, an Associate's Degree, and a passion for working with young children.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including the Infant/Toddler Development course
- 2 years of experience with children
- Love and passion for working with young children
- Professional, enthusiastic, and an influential role model to peers
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow!
