Employability Facilitator
Requires SVQ 3 in Social Care, Guidance or equivalent (or relevant lived experience), knowledge of young people facing unemployment, and a full driving licence
Administrative Officer
Administrative experience and Business Administration Diploma Level 2 or equivalent qualification or work experience required
Residential Support Worker
2 years experience in a care setting and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Parenting Practitioner
NVQ Level 3 in Child Care/Development and 2+ years of experience working with children, young people, and families
Young Persons Practitioner
At least 1 year of experience in a related field, ability to work with vulnerable populations, and a driving licence are required
Family Support Coordinator
Experience with children/young people in multi-agency settings is needed. Ability to lead/manage staff and lead service planning is essential. Strong partnership working skills and experience with intervention delivery are key
Residential Support Worker
Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) preferred, experience in a care setting, and a resilient attitude. No visa sponsorship is offered
Team Leader Residential
Minimum of Level 3 Diploma, previous experience in a supervisory/management role, and experience of working with children with challenging needs
Residential Support Worker
Experience in a care setting, HNC in social care, and SVQ3 in Social Care – Children and Young People
