Administrative Officer

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our friendly team and offer valued support through a range of administrative services. You will be first point of contact for our operational colleagues, welcoming all internal and external visitors to the service, making sure everyone has a wonderful experience. You will share responsibility for the delivery of a high quality, effective, efficient, administrative service that is flexible to meet the needs of operational teams to enable the service to achieve the agreed SureStart service objectives.

Requirements

• Business Administration Diploma Level 2 or equivalent qualification or work experience
• Experience of working in a administration environment
• Experience of using PCs on a business network running MS Windows and Office, along with Email and Internet and specific business applications
• Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrating tact and diplomacy with other members of staff and where necessary to direct and guide
• Effective communication, both written and oral, to a range of different personnel
• Willingness to undertake all relevant training required for this position
