Assistant General Manager - Azzurra - Marina del Rey

Action Property Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of the daily operations of the association. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury high-rise property management, oversight of large onsite teams, proposal development, and polished leadership qualities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in property management, and or hotels.
• Luxury experience preferred.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Utilizes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC-based programs for daily duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Responsive, flexible attitude with an eagerness to take initiative.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with others.
• Must attend board meetings as needed.
