Job Description
Action Property Management is seeking a Building Engineer to help shape an unforgettable resident experience at their luxury high rise association, Lumina, located in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of onsite high rise or mid-rise building engineer experience and will be responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all common areas within the Association.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of onsite high rise or mid-rise building engineer experience
- Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Building Code
- HVAC Certification
- EPA/608 License
- Fire Pump Certificate preferred
- Fire Life Safety Director Certificate preferred
- Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience
- Experience in fire system management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player attitude
- Availability by cell phone 24/7 for emergencies
