Job Description
ActioNet is seeking an IT Quality Compliance Analyst (CMMI & ISO) with a strong understanding of government processes and regulations. This role is ideal for a self-starter focused on process improvement and audit compliance within a hybrid (DC area) environment. The role involves supporting Quality Assurance initiatives and collaborating with different teams to enhance quality processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with CMMI ML4, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001.
- Conduct causal analysis on audit findings.
- Evaluate quality data and performance metrics.
