Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Program Manager to lead the IT support services and deliverables for a newly contracted project. This role focuses on maintaining program responsibility, improving processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of quality management systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government
- Six+ years managing and leading Enterprise Service Desk teams using ITIL and Agile methodologies
- PMP certification
- Managed a team of over 50+ IT professionals
- Good interpersonal, Problem-solving, and Time management skills
- Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes
