Requirements

• Build and optimize Klaviyo flows.
• Manage or contribute to owned community spaces (Facebook Groups, forums, loyalty clubs, etc.).
• Data-literate and analytical with knowledge of LTV, churn, repurchase rate.
• Deep understanding of customer psychology and how to create emotional resonance.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
