We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and eager to deepen their knowledge of creative strategy, attribution, and full-funnel growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying for DTC brands
- Experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and campaign structure best practices
- Comfort navigating Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and basic reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excitement about growth in a remote-first environment
