We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytical team member to help plan, forecast, and align inventory with business needs as we scale across retail and DTC channels. The Demand Planner will play a key role in ensuring the company has the right products available at the right time — balancing customer demand, sales projections, and production capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
• Experience working with ERP systems or forecasting software is an advantage
