Accounting Specialist (CPA)

Our client, a fast-growing personal care and wellness brand, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join their team. The role focuses on financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning as the company scales. You will lead core accounting processes, prepare financial statements, and ensure tax compliance.

Requirements

• Active CPA license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Strong proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero)
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven mindset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• E-commerce or consumer goods industry experience is a plus
