This role is for a Head of Growth Marketing & Customer Acquisition to own and scale the entire acquisition engine for a high-velocity DTC brand. The role focuses on driving profitable and repeatable customer growth, transforming large budgets into impactful results, and building a team of channel specialists.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years owning growth for a DTC brand
- Mastery of Meta and Google Ads
- Experience with at least one emerging channel (TikTok, CTV, podcasts, etc.)
- Fluency in LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing (GA4, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or home-grown)
- Proven record of hitting aggressive new-customer and MER targets while scaling spend
- Hands-on approach: comfortable shifting between strategy, execution and coaching
