Head of Marketing

This role is for a Head of Marketing at a brand specializing in performance outdoor apparel. The company focuses on durable, breathable fabrics for anglers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts. The Head of Marketing will lead all brand and performance marketing efforts, driving acquisition, retention, and partnerships to fuel growth.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in marketing leadership
• Proven success scaling a lifestyle or technical apparel brand from growth to scale
• Expertise in both performance marketing (digital acquisition) and brand marketing (content, partnerships, community)
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and CRM tools
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, ROI modeling, and A/B testing
• Skilled team builder and communicator
• Passion for the outdoors or performance apparel (a plus)
