Lead Web Developer

We are seeking a Lead Web Developer to architect and develop scalable web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a seasoned developer comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled in DevOps. The role involves mentoring junior developers, leading architecture decisions, and maintaining database solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience
• 3+ years working with Python or a similar backend language
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD and containerization tools
• Proficient with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases
• Solid understanding of modern development practices, version control, and code management
• Strong communication skills
• Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives
