The role involves producing compelling ads with a direct-response focus, collaborating with creatives and marketers, and optimizing content based on performance data. This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements
- Edit and produce direct-response ad creatives for Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Reels)
- Work with raw assets (UGC, product footage, voiceovers)
- Follow and implement creative briefs, iterate quickly based on performance data
- Maintain wellness-forward branding while pushing creative boundaries
- Collaborate with growth teams and creative strategists
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop rate)
- Ability to work with UGC-style content
