Job Description
The company is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to supervise field crews on construction projects in Buffalo, New York. This role requires a hands-on leader who can set the pace on site, maintain quality, and ensure safety compliance. Apprentices and journeymen will be mentored.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction trade experience, with leadership background
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to read drawings and communicate clearly
- OSHA 30 preferred, valid driver’s license
