- Ensure safety precautions during production tasks
- Ensure timely calibration of production instruments
- Raise resource requirements to Sr. Manager – Pilot Plant
- Generate Engineering data from scaleup lab
- Batch Planning and Execution as per production plan
- Maintain effective housekeeping in department
- Implement cost effective measures in pilot plant
- Maintain documents as per GMP compliance
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers
- Follow SOPs of the department
- Provide training to workers and employees
- Manage raw material and packing material as per production plan
