Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development tools and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. The position is located in the Washington DC metropolitan area and requires an Active Secret clearance or higher.
Requirements
- Configures and customizes software solutions using the ServiceNow platform
- Assists in defining user requirements and user stories for business needs
- Leverages agile methodologies to design, build, test, and implement solutions based on customers' requirements
- Helps support and validate ServiceNow upgrades and patches
- Documents designs and coding changes
- Troubleshoots reported bugs or errors using logging
- Packages coding changes for releases and migrates code and configuration changes between applicable environments
- Provides the Operations and Maintenance Team system support as needed
- Performs standard administration and system configuration
- Works as part of a team on client engagements
