Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in payroll processing or support, particularly in a customer service role
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
