Requirements
- Lead the effort to generate technical proposals, cost back-up sheets, quotation documents, budgetary estimates, cover letters, and other customer requested documentation.
- Interface with potential customers directly via phone and email to translate inbound customer requirements into winning Acutronic solutions.
- Proactively call customers to promote aftermarket services such as warranty extensions, spare parts, annual calibrations, training, and field service.
- Follow-up on open opportunities to understand the order timing, budget, and likelihood.
- Regularly input customer and opportunity data in CRM.
- Responsible for generating sales reports (bookings, open quotations, sales forecast, etc.).
- Transfer orders to Project Management by creating an Integrated Proposal Workbook that defines the project scope.
