Requirements

• Provide U.S. regulation compliance guidance and support
• Review and manage proposed exports, re-exports, deemed exports, management of controlled data and other activities
• Prepare and track EAR and ITAR export license applications, commodity classification and jurisdiction requests, end-use certifications and other export control documentation
• Support the Compliance Manager for all ‘Compliance’-related issues that might arise
• Monitor areas of compliance risk and provide periodic reports to the Compliance Manager
• Assist in establishing improvements and maintaining a continuous compliance improvement philosophy and ethical culture
• Actively work across functions to ensure that compliance is maintained while ensuring that overall organization objectives are supported
• Help manage Acutronic’s Web-Based Training (WBT) compliance platform and training campaigns
• Provide support to the contracts team, including but not limited to: drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements and conducting appropriate compliance screenings, preparing and inputting contract and compliance related data into customer and government portals, organizing, filing, and maintaining contract and compliance documentation
