Job Description
Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA) is seeking a Real Estate Representative to support Real Estate and Government Affairs activities within the Market. The role involves supporting the Real Estate Manager on lease matters, budget process, zoning issues, and government affairs responsibilities, coordinating with legal counsel and local authorities, and traveling to meetings as needed. This position is a key part of delivering company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or a closely related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication and public presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to travel as required (20% weekly).
