Requirements

• Develop and deploy long-term and short-term strategy for the defined domain
• Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards
• Organize, manage, and lead multiple project implementations
• Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and implement best operational practices
• Manage various critical aspects of a project: scope, project schedules, estimates, quality, work plans, and resource plans
• Anticipate risks, market sentiments, and flagging & resolving risks to project returns during Pre-Construction Phase & Under Construction stage
• Create a performance driven culture, develop leaders in N-2 Level for future, and execute capability building initiatives
• Ownership of outcomes in all respect ensuring achievement of results as per Annual Business Plan
