Lead - Business Development (CSD)

Adani Group is seeking an experienced Lead of Business Development with 12-15 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry to join its City-Side Developments team at Adani Airports, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the lifecycle of real estate product development.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in Real Estate Development industry
• Extensive experience across the lifecycle of real estate product development
• Business planning, budgeting, commercial strategy, market research, demand & pricing for hotels, retail, convention centers, offices, etc.
• Leasing (office and/or retail) and deal closure experience
• Leadership skills, business acumen, conflict management, customer centricity, driving high performance culture, effective execution, and regulatory compliance
