Job Description
Lead - EHS will be responsible for leading and advancing the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across Data Centre operations.
Requirements
- Spearhead and implement comprehensive EHS policies and programs
- Manage regular audits and inspections
- Collaborate with senior management to assess EHS risks
- Lead investigations into incidents and non-compliance issues
- Provide expert EHS guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs
- Oversee the management of waste, hazardous materials, and other environmental aspects
- Lead the development of emergency response plans
- Monitor EHS metrics to drive improvement initiatives
- Build a high-performing team
- Champions a digital mindset within the organization
