Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist supports the Operations Team with tasks related to process improvement, data analysis, and documentation, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth operations. This role involves assisting in various areas of work and collaborating with teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
