We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to play a central role in our growth, owning the full hiring lifecycle and partnering directly with leadership to anticipate future needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations
- Experience hiring across multiple functions, especially engineering, science and commercial roles
- Comfortable working in high-pressure recruiting scenarios
- Strong ability to engage candidates live
- Experience designing structured interviews and building scalable recruiting processes
- Understanding of technical talent landscapes
