Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary customer and internal liaison for orders supporting Aerospace and Defense customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence. This role requires collaboration across Program Management, operations, quality, and supply chain to meet demanding customer requirements in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all assigned orders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
• Perform order entry and performance tracking to achieve customer quality and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to manage production schedules and resolve challenges.
• Ensure adherence to ADDMAN's order management processes, maintaining accurate and timely order documentation.
• Prepare and present order status reports to leadership and customers.
• Support Program Management to develop, maintain, and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery, margin, quality performance, etc.).
