Requirements

• Degree in property, construction or a similar technical field
• Several years of experience in property management, primarily from industrial properties
• Leadership experience and ability to develop a team
• Good understanding of work environment and safety issues in an industrial property
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience of working in an organization in change or under construction
