Requirements

• Energetic, patient, and active listener while speaking to customers over phone
• Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass, or Graduate/Post Graduate
• Basic knowledge in computer, including shortcut keys, toggling between windows, and typing
• Typing Speed – 12 - 15 WPM / 85 accuracy
• Relocate in Kolkata within the drop zone
• Flexible to work till mid night
• Age bar – 18 years and above maximum 35 yrs
