We are hiring Inbound Technical Support Executives for US Shift (Night Shift). The primary role involves handling inbound calls with a focus on excellent English communication and closing calls by taking payments through different gateways.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication
- At least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound
- Ability to close own calls
- Domestic BPO and fresher candidates are not applicable
- Age limit 18-35
