Job Description
Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Support Executives for their Inbound Voice Process in Kolkata, India. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in Outbound process, good communication skills, and be able to close calls and take payments from customers. Benefits include a fixed salary, huge incentives, spot incentives, birthday leave, approved leave, no bond, and a salary hike every 6 months.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Outbound process
- 10+2 minimum qualification
- Good in English
- Presentable and smart enough to handle client's query
- Ability to close calls and take payments from customers
