Attaining Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e-mails etc., and selling relevant plans and software.
Requirements
- Must have dialled in International Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months
- Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers
- Must be very fluent in English
- Must be Comfortable for Night shift
