Job Description
The Certified-Registered Medical Assistant (MA) provides professional care to assigned patients, applying clinical skills and processes. This role focuses on direct patient care under physician supervision, including providing clinical information and collaborating with the care team. The Scribe role focuses on documenting physician dictations and/or activities, while the LPN role provides direct patient care with the authority to make independent decisions within scope of practice.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or LPN, RN with Current Ohio license
- Registered through American Allied Health (AAH), American Medical Technologists (AMT), or Certified through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
- Successful completion of Adena skills assessment and written test annually.
